Renters Legal Liability^TM Insurance is a unique liability policy for multifamily apartment property owners/managers. It is an innovative risk management tool designed to fulfill residents’ contractual lease obligations to you, the owner/manager. The policy is corporate-based and issued with the owner as the Named Insured. Any resident who enrolls in the policy is listed as an Additional Insured. Residents agree, in their lease agreements, to be financially responsible for damages caused to the community through negligent actions.
