“Renters Legal Liability was rolled out onto my multi family community over one year ago. I have been extremely pleased with the training, customer service and prompt attention that I and my team have received. The website is very easy to operate and the reports help me to audit all of the accounts for accuracy. While under my supervision, the roll out has gone extremely smooth and the residents appreciate the ease in which it is to sign up with Renters Legal Liability as well as the low monthly fee.

Renters Legal Liability has been outstanding in handling all claims that we have processed through them. They responded within the hour of my submission of an incident. Their adjuster and office personnel expedited the pay out of any claims we have processed. I as a property manager appreciate the claims being settled quickly for reimbursement for property damage caused by negligence of a resident’s action. Any additional insured residents have also experienced the prompt pay out of loss that they experienced. This has created a more cohesive relationship with other residents as we are more able to help them recover some of their loss with a financial gain.
